Security Notice: Artel Retro does not collect or store your credit/debit card numbers or personal financial information. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure gateways. For questions regarding your transactions, please consult your card-issuing bank.

PayPal

When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your username and password.

No PayPal account? No problem.
You can still check out as a guest. Simply click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" on the PayPal page, and you will be redirected to a secure section to enter your card information safely.

When using these payment channels, you will be verified via your device's security (Face ID, Touch ID, or password) to confirm the payment instantly.

Payment Verification & Security

AVS & CVV Verification:
To prevent fraud and ensure your security, Artel Retro confirms address verification (AVS) and CVV codes at the time of purchase. If a purchase is declined or rejected due to a mismatch, any pending funds held in your account will typically be released by your bank within 3-5 business days.

Billing & Charges

Authorization Holds:
If an order is canceled, the authorization hold on your card will expire according to the terms of your bank or financial institution, usually within 5 to 7 business days.

Split Shipments:
Ideally, we ship all items together. However, occasionally orders may be split into multiple shipments. If this happens, you may see multiple charges corresponding to each shipment, but the total will never exceed the amount shown at the time your order was placed.
