What delivery option does the Artel Retro online store offer?
Artel Retro is pleased to offer international shipping on all orders, processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday). For orders totalling $99 or more, we provide free shipping.
Delivery times vary by destination; for specific shipping estimates, please feel free to contact our customer service team. For multi-item orders, all items will be shipped together once available.
Kindly note that refusing delivery may result in additional fees.
How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as updating address details or adjusting item sizing, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee any amendments once your order has been processed. If your order has already been processed, Artel Retro cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details provided at checkout.

If you wish to return an item, please note that it must be in brand new condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. The original product tag and packaging buckle must be included. Returns should be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund. How does Custom Sizing work?
You simply submit your exact measurements using our custom sizing form when placing your order, and our tailors will craft the garment specifically to your body's unique proportions.
How long does Custom Sizing take?
Your custom piece will be processed within our standard timeframe of 14 business days before it is shipped.
Can I return Custom Sized items?
Because these pieces are crafted specifically for your unique measurements, all custom-sized orders are final sale and non-returnable.

For standard (non-custom) items, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your delivery date. Please note that these returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum $20).
