If you need to make any changes to your order, such as updating address details or adjusting item sizing, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee any amendments once your order has been processed. If your order has already been processed, Artel Retro cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details provided at checkout.

If you wish to return an item, please note that it must be in brand new condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. The original product tag and packaging buckle must be included. Returns should be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
