Processing Time

We process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place your order on a non-business day, it will be processed the following business day. Please note that holiday volumes may cause slight delays of a day or two.

Warehouse Location: Our warehouse is based in China. Once your package lands in your destination country, it will be delivered by your local carrier.

Customs & Duties

Please note that we are not responsible for any fees related to international shipping, including customs fees, duties, or tariffs incurred once the package arrives in your destination country.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, we provide an estimated shipping date. Please note that these dates are estimates and not guarantees. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

Lost & Stolen Packages

While we safely hand packages over to shipping carriers, we understand that issues can happen in transit. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information reports the package as delivered to the address provided.

If your tracking email reports your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local parcel service provider for help on the recovery of the package.

  • Claims Window: Any claims for packages lost in transit (before being marked delivered) must be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.

Damages & Accidents

If your package arrives damaged, or you suspect damage:

  1. Clearly state the damage on the receipt before signing for the package.
  2. Take photos of the damaged items and the packaging materials.
  3. Keep all packaging materials for inspection.
  4. Contact our Concierge Team within 2 working days.

Order Changes & Incorrect Addresses

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Concierge Team at support@artelretro.com ASAP. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
